秒速快3Bring your students to the Museum this year to explore our interactive exhibits! Museum educators will guide your students through an immersive experience in your exhibit of choice. Students will engage in an art-making workshop that enriches their learning and enables your class to bring the Museum back to the classroom.

90 minutes, Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 12pm, 1 – 2:30pm, or 3:30 – 5pm

Fee: $200。00 per class of up to 32 students。 $160。00 for self-contained special education classes of up to 15 students。 (Art, Artists, & You Guided Group Visits are $220 per class)

Diego’s Rainforest Adventure

Art made by humans and other animals surrounds us. Students will explore artists’ interpretations of the natural world and learn about the unbelievable homes and habitats that animals design for themselves. Grades: 2nd – 8th

Through exploring the creative place-making approaches and experiences of artists in our Inside Art exhibit, students will look inward to find the artist within. Students can crawl through burrows; peer upward into reflective, patterned tubes; twirl around in a view-distorting panorama; and discuss artworks from the inside out. Discover the dynamic journey NYC’s water takes from our skies, to our rivers and lakes, through the Catskills, and finally to our homes in our outdoor exhibition Dynamic H2O! Along the way students will learn fun facts about the unique properties of water, why water is essential to all living things, and how NYC’s taps produce some of the best drinking water in the nation. Self-Guided Group Visits

NEW! Design your own museum experience on a Self-Guided Group Visit as you explore CMOM’s immersive and interactive exhibits at your own pace! Spend up to three hours at the museum exploring the exhibits of your choice!

Self-Guided Group Visits are recommended for groups of 20 or more people.
